Our policy is designed to be as clear and accommodating as possible for our global clientele of homeowners, contractors, and commercial facilities.
Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- All original tags and protective coverings must be intact
- A proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Bidet Taps (due to intimate nature of product)
- Assisted Living Accessories (grab rails, etc. for safety compliance)
- Custom-cut Bathroom Tiles (border & mosaic tiles cut to specification)
- Any items marked as “Final Sale”
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address (88 Springfield Rd, Chelmsford, GB CM1S 8JU or local return center)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories. Affix the provided return label and ship via a trackable method. We recommend insuring your return package.
Return Shipping Costs:
- For defective/wrong items: We cover return shipping
- For change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when processed
Please note:
- Bank processing times may add 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Specify your desired replacement item in your request
- We’ll ship the new item once the return is received
- Any price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (rare for our premium bathroom products):

- We’ll arrange for expedited replacement at no cost to you
- You may be asked to return the damaged item for quality control purposes
