We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

    • Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes full tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over £50)
    • Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Basic tracking included

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our luxury bathroom products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and protective coverings must be intact
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Bidet Taps
  • Assisted Living Accessories (grab rails, etc.)
  • Custom-cut Bathroom Tiles (border & mosaic tiles)
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories. Affix the provided return label and ship via a trackable method. We recommend insuring your return package.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective/wrong items: We cover return shipping costs
  • For change of mind: Customer pays return shipping

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Please note: Bank processing times may add 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (rare for our premium bathroom products):
